This is a residential building in a previously developed residential area surrounded by houses.

The planning began with the client's request to be able to open the curtains to a certain extent and enjoy the view outside from the window.

The house itself was designed with circulation routes in mind so that the client's parents can live with them in the future, and the layout was designed to make it easy to maneuver even in a wheelchair.

The central part of the circulation route is the space for the dressing room and bathroom, which have been designed to be able to be incorporated into the household chore process from the kitchen side, and the door on the opposite side of the dressing room leads to the corridor next to the toilet, making it very practical to use.

This house has a main staircase and a secondary staircase, as well as a staggered staircase next to the dining room that leads from a small study space to the bedroom.

When used in conjunction with the main staircase on the north side, it creates a three-dimensional circulation route.

The north and south garden areas, excluding the parking lot, are in the form of courtyards, giving the impression that the louvers are an extension of the interior of the building.

The two gardens are the South Garden, which is primarily for viewing and playing, and the North Garden, where laundry and other items can be hung outside.

Laundry that was hung out in the north garden can be brought inside and dried indoors, and by locating an open space above, gravity ventilation can also be used to dry the laundry.

Located in a residential area surrounded by housing estates, this home aims to provide a relatively open feeling, with windows on both the north and south sides wide open.
